Ordered with "free two day shipping." Order didn't process for four days, and I cancelled. They said it would be intercepted, showed up anyway. 7 day turnaround only to have to return product while they grabbed my Money from my account the day I ordered. Customer service doesn't even have live agents... you call and then they call you back when it's good for them. Very disappointed, won't ever do business with them again.
This website vendor has the practice of charging your card BEFORE they know if they have items in stock and can fulfill your order. It then takes as long as five days to get your money back. HIGHLY UNETHICAL! Do not use!

This company is a total joke. They charged my card twice. Once for the order $150.81 and then a security deposit they called it for $202 so my card was charged total of over $350 got a $150 order I canceled the order and still have not got my money back

Terrible interaction with this company.
Ordered an in-stock bat. Never given any info on delivery date. Called the next week about delivery and told bat was out of stock and will be at least one month or more before they can send. Season will be close to over. Terrible communication. Shifty website on available stock. Will not use again.
THIS COMPANY IS SO MESSED UP. I WOULD NOT EVERY USE.
This company uses cut rate delivery service took 2.5 weeks from order to delivery for instock items. Not woth the hassle to save a marginal amount
Let me start by saying I almost never write reviews good or bad for any company. I am usually just too lazy I guess. When I was first told about the site from my 14 year old Godson, I was definitely sceptical about ordering him a catchers gear set from Baseball Savings after reading some of the previous posts. Nevertheless, he really liked a Rawlings set he saw on there and the price sure looked good to me so I took a chance. I can only speak for myself and my one experience with them but I was extremely pleased and satisfied from the moment I ordered the item online from FL till the time it arrived a day early to my happy and eagerly awaiting Godson in Ohio. I did pay a little extra for the guaranteed shipping to get it there sooner but it was worth it. I would definitely order from Baseball Savings again. Play ball!

I ordered two bats and a glove in preparation for my adult league starting in April. Prices were fine, I managed to get all three items on sale, but that's where the trouble started. I received an order confirmation with all three items, yet when it arrived (almost two weeks later) only the bats were included. Turns out they cancelled the shipment of my glove without notifying me, and when I called to inquire the lady on the phone basically responded with "too bad" and sent me on my way. So in short the package took a week just to ship, and when it arrived it didn't even contain what I ordered. To top it all off the customer service was rude and unhelpful, and that's more than enough to keep me from buying here again.
Awful. 2 day shipping partial order arrives a week later completely wrong-color and size than what I ordered. Called twice, both times on hold for an hr. Agent didn't want to help me, basically told me I was $#*! out of luck on the other Order and it would arrive when it arrived.
Try order two times, two times order cancelled after couple of days because no product able but they took the money anyway, I have to wait couple of business days to get my money back, no recommend it.
I placed an order on Sunday night for a pair of New Balance. I didn't read the reviews until after I placed the order. I have to say I was a little concerned. I sent an email inquiring about my order on Wednesday. About an hour later I received a reply and l received my product today, Friday. Great service, speedy delivery, and quality product. I was so impressed I took advantage of the clearance specials and placed another order.
I ordered a baseball rolling bag for my nephew. Because of Covid we won't see them for Christmas. I put in to ship it to his address as they do not live near us. It came to us. I had to pay an additional $29 to ship it myself to them. I was told to email the receipt to a supervisor. She will not answer my email and has told associates she will only reimburse me half my additional shipping. Still no answer from her.
Waited 2 months for new Victus NOX BBCOR bat, then was told it was "delivered" despite my RING camera showing no one ever delivering package and we were at home all day on the day it was supposedly delivered. Total scam, no bat ever arrived and zero help from Customer Service who tried to blame FedEx or whoever their supposed shipper was. Won't use them again.
Baseball savings. Com is an awesome website I'm a regular customer I ordered 3 different times with them I started freaking out after reading all those bogus comments and after the 2 day waiting period I recieved all my items back to back to back I wasnt over charged or any thing again dont always believe what you read everything was the correct size and definitely cheaper than stores they got a customer for life

I've always been able to reach someone by phone by calling 1-866-923-5050 but if you have any real issues with your order don't count on them to do anything about it.
